Is this a program?
No. There is nothing to enrol in and nothing to complete. It is operating work on your business, done with me, starting with whatever it actually needs first.
Who is it actually for?
Owners with a running business who want it to run without them, and firms that want the operating layer installed across companies they already hold. If you are pre-revenue, this is not a fit yet.
How is it priced?
To the situation, and only on the call. Nothing is published, because the work is different for a ten-person service company than for a portfolio.
How many clients do you take?
Few, on purpose. This is my time, not a team's, so the number stays small enough that the work stays real.
