I buy good businesses

A clean exit, and a safe home for what you built. Orevida buys profitable, durable companies from owners ready to hand them on. Quietly, directly, and on terms that respect the business.

You deal with me directly. There is no committee to get past.

Orevida is a holding company that buys good businesses and keeps them, one industry at a time. I am still there after it closes.

What I look for

A buy-box, not a wish list. If your business sits inside most of it, write to me and we will find out quickly.

Profitability
Consistently profitable through cycles. Real earnings, clean books.
Durability
Ten or more years old, recurring demand, a reason to exist in twenty.
Size
Roughly one to ten million in revenue. Below the radar of the big buyers.
The owner
Ready to step back, on a timeline that works. Succession matters more than speed.
The business
Boring is beautiful: service, trade, niche industrials, quiet B2B. Any geography.
The books
Clean enough to diligence. Documented beats impressive.

What happens when you write

Three steps, and you are never left waiting on a maybe.

You writeA few lines about the business and why now. It comes straight to me.
We talkDiscretion is the default, an NDA is fine, and your team stays out of it until you say otherwise.
You get a straight answerInterest and a path, or a no with a reason, usually within a few days.

A home for the business

Most buyers want your business for what they can strip out of it. I want it for what it already is: a working business that deserves to outlast its founder.

Held for the long term

No fund clock, no exit date. The horizon is decades, so the decisions are different.

The people and the name stay

Succession matters more than speed. The front stays yours; continuity is the point.

The operating layer goes in underneath

Installed quietly, so the business gets stronger without changing what it is known for.

Questions people ask first

The ones that come up before anyone talks about a number.

Do I need a broker to talk to you?
No. You write, I read it, we talk. If you already work with a broker or advisor, that is fine too, but nothing here requires one.
What happens to my team?
They stay. I buy businesses to run them for the long term, and the people who make the business work are most of what I am buying. Continuity is the point, not a slogan.
What if my books are not perfect?
Documented beats impressive. If the numbers are real and I can verify them, imperfect bookkeeping is workable. Tell me early and it costs you nothing.
How fast will I hear back?
Usually within a few days. Interest and a path, or a no with a reason. Either way you are not left waiting.
Does the company name stay?
Yes. The name, the relationships, and what the business is known for are the asset. I install the operating layer underneath; the front stays yours.

Write to me

Two ways in. Write a few lines and it comes straight to me, or book a call and we talk it through. Either way you reach me, not a team inbox.

A few lines is enough. It comes straight to me, not a team inbox.

  • What the business does, and roughly its size.
  • Why an exit is on your mind, and when.
