How to reprogram your brain for wealth and success

The real way to reprogram for success is not affirmations. It is building revenue habits on a trigger, action, reward loop, run every single day.

When people hear "reprogram your brain for success," they picture affirmations in the mirror. That is not what moved the needle for me. The real reprogramming is far more practical: building revenue-generating habits, so that making sales happens every single day, as automatically as brushing your teeth.

Here is the uncomfortable truth I have seen in almost every young business. Eighty to ninety percent of them do not have a marketing problem or a product problem. They lack sales. And unless you are years into a business, sales should be close to your only focus.

Why you avoid the one thing that matters

We are wired to run from pain. So instead of doing the one painful, important thing, we invent comfortable busywork. A nicer logo. A better website. More branding. Another piece of software. All of it to avoid the thing that actually makes money.

I lived this. Early on I avoided sales calls entirely because I did not want to talk to people. When I finally did them, I would not close, I would not actually tell people to buy. I lost hundreds of sales from people who were interested and just needed me to ask. The fix was not more willpower. It was building a habit that made the painful thing automatic.

The loop that rewires it

The framework comes from the book The Power of Habit, and it is three simple parts. A trigger, an action, and a reward. Most people get the first two and skip the third, which is exactly why their habits never stick. They force the action over and over with no reward, so the brain never learns to want it.

TriggerA fixed cue: waking up, sitting at your desk, an alarm.
ActionThe painful, important thing you avoid: outreach, sales, the gym.
RewardSomething you genuinely enjoy, right after. This is what makes it stick.

How I actually used it

I wanted to go to the gym and kept skipping it. So I set the trigger as waking up, the action as the gym, and the reward as thirty minutes by the pool afterward with a juice in the sun. Within a month my brain was craving the pool, which meant it dragged me to the gym first. The reward did the work.

Then I did the same with the part of business I hated most: outreach. The trigger was sitting down at my desk. The action was talking to at least fifteen prospects, no matter what, before anything else. The reward was a genuinely nice breakfast with music and a good time. After thirty or forty days it stopped being a fight. It was just my day.

You do not need more motivation. You need a reward your brain wants badly enough to drag you through the work to reach it.

The timeline

Give it about thirty days and the habit gets easy. Around sixty-six days it is fully dialed in and you cannot imagine the day without it. The hard part is only the first stretch, and the reward is what carries you through it.

The short version

  • For most businesses in the first few years, sales is the only real priority. Protect it.
  • The busywork you reach for (logo, website, branding) is usually just pain avoidance.
  • Build the habit loop: trigger, action, reward. The reward is the part almost everyone skips.
  • Pick the one thing you avoid, attach a fixed trigger and a real reward, and run it for thirty days.

in this video I will show you how you can make more money with your business how you can improve your life and how you can systematically and reliably generate more sales every single day as if you were just brushing your teeth and so basically that happens with Revenue generating habits I will explain to you exactly how you

can form them what they actually even are how it has changed my life and how will probably also change your life if you actually apply it and so what I've seen these days with uh starting entrepreneurs young entrepreneurs that want to start a business or already have um business have a few clients here and there they I

mean I would say probably 80 90% of all businesses they lack sales that's it they lack Revenue they want to generate more sales and that is basically what really how your business Can Survive by simply generating more sales so unless you're not in your first maybe three to five years of your business that should be your main

concern and your your main focus and uh what we often times as humans do is we try to avoid the important things we inent we come up with all kinds of other things like designing a nice website designing a nice logo doing this doing The Branding talking to that person or we can start with that software or

that software but we often times just do all these things to really avoid that one painful thing because we as humans we try to avoid one thing and we always try try to uh run away from it and that is pain and so we as humans we we are conditioned to to go away from Pain and to

run away from Pain it doesn't matter if it's physical mental or anything else and so in my case for example back in the day I when I had certain sales CES in the beginning I didn't even have sales calls because I was running away from my pain and I didn't even want to do any outreaches I didn't

want to talk to people I didn't want to try to pitch the products or Services I had and so on but as soon as I did I had my next problem I didn't want to close I didn't want to actually pitch people and tell people hey look buy this and um so like this I lost like hundreds

and hundreds of sales because even though people were interested I just didn't close them I just didn't tell them buy this and a lot of people would have just said yeah let's do it cool I'm interested and um so I will now actually show you how you can Implement your Revenue generating habits and what they are and

um how you can actually build a system where it's constantly reliable every single day you know what you have to do how to do it and how you can actually easily Implement these tasks and these habits so that you can just make more sales and uh where you don't keep inventing thousand things things that um yeah that

you want to do rather than doing the sales and where you can actually start building a habit that it's so ingrained into your life that you can't live without it anymore like you can't even think how life could be without doing sales and doing Outreach and generating more Revenue so there's this book by James doit or doick

um and it's the power of habits and what he explained was basic basically how you can how you can form certain habits how you can break bad habits and how you can build really good habits for yourself uh out of nowhere basically and there are three different parts it's it's a simple step three step process and the

first process is basically a trigger so that means a trigger could be you waking up you walking into the office um uh an alarm going off or whatever it's just a simple trigger that triggers something in your mind where your mind is like this is the trigger let's do it so it could be basically anything the second

step is the thing you actually try to avoid the action and so the action is doing outreaches doing sales uh talking to people um whatever doesn't matter if it's going to the the gym like the actual real painful action the really painful thing that you constantly try to avoid you basically as I explained in the last video

you have to really become aware of these thoughts and aware of these things where you you try to avoid that one thing and that is that one thing that you should then plug into the action right here and the third step which from my point of view is the not the most important step but I think the

step that most of the people are missing which is why these two are not really functioning and really working the third one is the reward and so a lot of people try to to skip this step or they do it too much and they don't even do the first two steps but um often times a lot of

people I see they myself included back in the day um they Tred to do the action they force it and force it and force it and force it but you don't they don't give their mind any any reward anything where you show your mind hey look good job in doing this action good job really nice let's keep

doing this so you get the reward and so what you do with this these three steps is basically you train your mind to really crave this action because it knows it's going to get the reward and um so after about 30 days uh this habit really like becomes part of your life that is really incred after 66

days there's 67 steps from TY Lopez maybe a lot of people know this um after 66 days he actually said 67 just to add one more day for marketing purposes just in case but after 66 days it's really it's dialed in it's ingrained in you and you can't live without it anymore but after 30 days it's it's

easy going and so there are multiple things that you can do my example for example for example is uh let's say I want to I really want to go to the gym and I constantly dreaded and I didn't want to go to the gym and like I skipped it and whatever and so what I did right here

the action I just said this is my gym so this this is the action that I keep trying to avoid I really want to go to the gym but I just keep skipping it so I just had to come up with two things my trigger and my reward my trigger I just said every single day right after

waking up so waking up so that means my trigger is my mind knows as soon as I wake up I'm going to go to the gym that's my action but in in order to really dial this in I needed my reward and my reward for example was I have a pool right next to my gym and so

I told myself look I'm going to go for 30 day uh 30 minutes to my pool I'm going to lay in the sun I'm going to have a nice orange juice whatever nice fruit juice and I'm just going to enjoy myself as a reward for going to the gym and I really liked it it was really amazing

I I meditated and all of that stuff and so so like this I built my three-step uh system and because my mind really want was craving the pool and craving the sun craving the orange juice and like just having a nice time and then friends came over and all that stuff my mind knew we have to go

to the gym first we have to do this and so after around 30 30 40 days now for me it like it was just super easy for me to really go to the gym because I had the steps I knew exactly as soon as I wake up I'm going to go to the gym and then I'm going

to go to the pool and reward myself you can actually do exactly the same with sales and what you could for example do is another example from myself you go to the office or if you don't have an office like myself I just work remotely you sit down at your desk and you start working the first thing

you do what is the most important thing what is really the the hardest part in my case it was Outreach and sales so so what I did I told myself as soon as I open up my laptop and as soon as I start it doesn't matter if the the building is Burning uh it doesn't matter if something's

broken I don't care as as soon as I sit down at my desk as soon as I get to the office I'm going to do Outreach I'm going to talk to at least 15 prospects and as a reward what I told myself was a really nice really nice breakfast so I had nice again nice juice uh amazing

food all that stuff I was listening to music I just had a good time a really good time and that basically gave me the dope kick and after again after about like 30 40 days I really now it's just part of my life it's part of my day every single day all you do wake up you do

the Outreach or the sales and then you have a really nice breakfast and you have a good time and like this you my mind really got triggered on this because it was just craving the breakfast and so it was just basically counting back the steps and was like oh cool so if I do do this I'm going

to get this if I'm not going to do this I'm not going to get this and I that was just really simple to train your mind it takes about 30 days after 60 days it's really dialed in but it takes about 30 days but after those 30 days your mind has shifted and your mind has really yeah

dialed deep into into what it is and um yeah how you can basically train it and that's basically it so um my challenge for you this week this uh the next couple of days is basically to find first off find your your step two if you don't have that yet for that you can just watch my pre

previous video to really to discover that one thing it doesn't matter if it's sales if it's Outreach going to the gym whatever the one thing that you really try to avoid the one thing where you're just like I don't want to do this at all find this write it down just write down the three steps and come

up with your trigger and come up with your reward the reward can be something super simple doesn't need to be super fancy whatever can be even just like a small cupcake or whatever doesn't matter and um so yeah come up with your trigger and come up with your reward and then just work all three steps first few

days I know it's going to be hard I know you're you might miss certain days or whatever it doesn't matter just try to stick to it as long as possible for 30 days and you're going to see huge huge huge improvements and if you do this for sales you're going to make so much more money in your

business thank you very much see you soon bye
